This TOEIC conversion chart, taken from Barron’s TOEIC Practice Exams, 3rd Edition, will give you an estimate of your real TOEIC score.
To get your estimated score, find the number you got correct (from the email) in the listening test (raw score) and match it to the scaled score next to it. Then, do the same for the reading score. Finally, add the two score ranges together. This will give you the range your score might be in.
